coaching

Christine’s role on John Proctor is the Villain went so far beyond Voice and Dialect Coach. She was truly my co-captain. She brought such patience, craft, and rigor to her work with our young ensemble helping to shape every performance. She’s a true master of her craft.
— Margot Bordelon, Director

overview

Christine has worked extensively as a voice, text, and dialect director, most recently on the area premiere of Kimberly Belflower’s John Proctor is the Villain at the Huntington Theatre Company. She’s proudly collaborated with some of the most exciting female directors in the business: Anna D. Shapiro, Margot Bordelon, Jenny Koons, Melia Bensussen, Megan Sandberg-Zakian, M. Bevin O’Gara, Rebecca Bradshaw, and Dawn M. Simmons, among others.

Her approach to voice coaching always centers artistry, care, cultural humility, an intentionality toward the stories we tell with our bodies and voices, and a toolkit to tell those stories in the most sustainable way possible.
